This assessment should be shared with parents because parents always want to know the performance of their children , but you must know well how to transfer this assessed picture to them like ; focus on child development, be kind, honest, professional, avoid professional jargon, and family-friendly.
Never ever compare the children ability to another child , everyone has his own ability.
Assessment is beneficial , it helps the parents understand the teacher's program and their child development .
Never regret to share parents continuously because for the teacher is one of many but its not the same for the parents.

Yes sure, assessment is a process of gathering information systematically and using that info for educational activities.It can help parents to know about their child but be careful how you tell them since this child is one of many for you, but not for parents.
That's a very important point you are highlighting, the teacher must be always in contact with the parents to notify them about their children work at school, that will help both, the parents and the student for a successive learning process for their child. In addition to that, the teacher as you mentioned, must be honest in every word she's saying to the parents, especially for some students that have some bad behaviors in class, the parents must know them to work with the teacher to solve them.
i do totally agree with you. parents should know how their children are doing at school so they may help them to improve their works. also teacher must have the characteristics you have mentioned to become very skillful in teaching.
Sharing student's work with their parents is a must! that's really a nice topic to discuss since it has lots of positive impacts on students as well as on their parents. Teacher-parent relationships are important for both parties; the teacher and the parents for a better learning process for students.
Before sharing with parents the assessments of their children, a teacher must have a background about the family and how they would act whenever they know about their children's performance because some parents might be hostile and would hurt their children. However, we can't deny the importance of sharing assessment with parents!

assessment is indeed essential and not just when the teacher relate it to the parents however that important might be, students must be involved first specially when the teacher is expecting from the student further advancement, in which he should know what to be expected from him and how much more effort he should put.
i agree with you,assessment is very important. Teacher should involve students and give them high expectations, which makes students know what to do and what is expected form them to do.
